Who is this "Choppi" you speak of?
Hi! I'm Choppi, known as Lauren in the physical realm. I'm 25 years old of the female variety. While I live in the middle of nowhere in redneck land, I really live on the internet so that doesn't matter. I'm a memorabilia collector, One Piece fanatic, admirer of chinchillas, and bilingual in English (fluent) and Japanese (intermediate). Oh, and I sometimes do art.
... Also, malnutrition severely stunted my growth, so now I am stuck looking like a permanent 14 year old. I have long accepted the fact that reception desks at medical facilities will continue to ask me for school permission slips for all eternity. (I'll add more personal details later) |
I also used to be a Twitch streamer, but I quit. Oops.
In mid-2018, I had the idea of becoming a Twitch streamer. To my surprise, it was a success. However, handling the pressure of doing streams every day was not a success. I loved doing it, but I just couldn't maintain it in the long run. Instead I'll be focusing on creating content on YouTube, where I can just upload videos whenever I feel like it and not have the pressure of keeping a live audience engaged.

Oh, and I'm kind of obsessed with One Piece.
I’m a total fanatic of the series One Piece, to say the least. I also obsessively collect any and all of its merchandise. It's gotten to the point where I am extremely close to beating the Guiness World Record for having the largest collection of One Piece memorabilia. I am going to tally everything up at the beginning of next year and submit my application to be the next potential record holder!!
The main characters that I focus on in my collection are Trafalgar Law, Doflamingo, and Corazon. In particular, Law is my favorite character of all time. However, if you're familiar with the character, that was probably obvious just from taking one glance at my site. Admittedly, I love to think of myself as the female version of him. That was probably obvious as well. My real name is Lauren, so would that make me Lawren? A big think right there. As for Corazon and Doflamingo? I just love them and wish I was married to one of them, LOL. Fun fact: Chippi, my first chinchilla, was born on October 6th, which is Trafalgar Law's birthday. Not only that, but the breeder I got her from is located in a town called Trafalgar, Indiana. It was the most surreal revelation ever. We truly do live in a simulation. |
I collect many other things besides One Piece merch, though.
My other collections are mostly older, rare video game plush. I also collect resin ball-jointed dolls, vinyl anime dolls, and art dolls. Along with One Piece, I collect any and all merch of Umineko and Klonoa, two obscure series that (unfortunately) barely have any. I'm mostly well known for my Sonic plush collection, though. Oh, and Pokemon.
I'll be adding categories on my website to showcase all my different collections, so stay tuned!! I'll also update this section later with actual info and pictures because it looks so out of place in comparison to the essays surrounding it! This entire site is very much a work in progress.

It is time for a bonus fun-fact. Yay!(?)
Even though I know it's not true, I see objects as having feelings. I can't walk into any store without going into a cold sweat by seeing all those 'faces' staring at me, so I usually come out holding a bunch of things that i "saved" by buying and thus giving them a home, LOL;; I can't even handle watching Toy Story or Brave Little Toaster.
CRAZY THINGS THIS HAS MADE ME DO: --Ran out into a busy interstate to grab a plush dog that was abandoned and flying around the road. --Missed school because I was secretly running around the town trying to save a tiny plush dinosaur that was blowing around in a severe thunderstorm with pouring down rain. --Was in a gift shop when a kid picked up a goat toy and says "who would want to buy a goat?" and threw it down onto the shelf. I walked right past him, picked it up, bought it, and proudly left the gift shop with my new goat friend. |
